Sheffield City Council SEND Survey
Brief survey for families of children with SEND
Sheffield City Council would like to hear from families who have a child with special educational needs and/or a disability about any concerns they have regarding the return to school in September. They would like to see if there are some common worries they can support with.
They would also like to hear about any positive experiences during lockdown which could possibly be built on in the future. They know that many families have found lockdown challenging but some parents of children with SEND have found there to be many positives, for example their child being less anxious.
The questionnaire is available here and will be open until Friday 24 July.
Once Sheffield City Council collates the results, the outcomes and details of actions to be taken will be shared with all schools and relevant services as well as with parent groups.
