ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
We have a number of children in school who have an ADHD diagnosis or who are currently awaiting assessment.
This can be a long process and a challenging time for both children and parents. Parents often have the difficult decision as to whether to medicate their children or not. School is always here to support and talk through things with you.
We work alongside the ADHD nurses from Ryegate to provide support to children and families.
Family Action is a Sheffield charity who support families when children receive a diagnosis of ADHD. Please see the link below.
